This package includes the stage, PA, delivery and set-up.
It does not include a host/MC or DJ (see below), but a member of the QuickStage team will be on-site at all times.
The stage is ideal for DJs, public speakers and even small bands (drums/keyboard/Guitars/singer).
This package is available 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Your 8-hour hire period may fall at any time between 7 am and 11 pm.
Out-of-hours events (11 pm to 7 am) or events on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day incur additional charges, to be agreed upon at the time of your booking.
QuickStage is available for hire in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Coventry, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Oxford, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, and everywhere in between.
Other UK locations are available on request.
Our QuickStage is often supplied with an extended stage area, as shown in the picture.
An extended stage area can be added to your stage-hire package and sized to suit your event or project.
Examples include larger performance areas for live performers and dancers, as well as catwalk layouts for fashion shows.
Prices depend on your exact requirements. Please note that extended stage areas require additional installation time on site.

This is our entry-level branding package, which offers excellent results at a cost-effective price.

Side panels and stage skirting for £650 + VAT
QuickStage Ultimate Branding Package – £1,500 + VAT
This package includes branding of the side panels, stage skirting and the entire back wall of the QuickStage.
Adding custom branding to the large back wall of our QuickStage is highly recommended, as it is more likely to appear in close-up photographs and videos of people on stage, including content captured and shared by event attendees.
This full branding package, including installation, is £1,500 + VAT.
How it works
Your artwork (or artwork created by us based on your requirements at an extra charge) is printed onto high-quality magnetic sheets, which our team installs.
We provide detailed technical specifications for clients arranging their own artwork.
An additional benefit for regular events is that branding can be reused time and time again.
Our advanced PA system is suitable for medium and larger events of up to approximately 1,500 people.
The system uses professional RCF equipment, known for high output, excellent vocal clarity and reliable performance.
The fee also includes the services of our experienced sound engineer, who can mic up and mix small live bands.
Most clients choose our advanced PA system when they require greater sound coverage, higher output or support for live performers and bands.
For evening events, we offer a flexible and affordable stage-lighting package.
Pricing depends on the size and style of your event, the lighting required and the length of hire.

We know from experience and feedback from our many regular clients that a professional presenter, MC and/or DJ makes a huge difference to the success of most events.
We offer personnel with vast experience of live work.
Prices vary depending on your exact requirements but start from £300 + VAT.
Our interactive Safe Cracker game is booked regularly for entertainment or to promote products.
How does it work?
Participants enter random codes, and if they manage to open the safe, they win a prize.
Safe Cracker can be configured with different levels of difficulty depending on the number of prizes available or the target age group.
Safe Cracker costs £300 + VAT, plus the cost of your chosen prize or prizes.
Our price is based on the service provided, not your location.
Therefore, we will cover all travel costs for any events in our standard service area, which includes Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Coventry, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Oxford, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, and everywhere in between.
Other UK locations are available on request, with the only difference in price being the additional travel time and fuel costs.
As an added benefit, for any bookings for events taking place more than 60 minutes’ drive from our head office in the West Midlands, we will travel the evening before to ensure nothing can stop us from being at your event location on time and as agreed.
Once again, we will cover any extra expenses to uphold this promise and to give you complete peace of mind.
