Flexible outdoor stage hire for weddings across the UK
Our QuickStage is so versatile that it can be the focal point for almost any event, including your outdoor wedding, outdoor wedding reception or both.
Further proving QuickStage’s flexibility, our stage can also be used inside large marquees.
This means you can plan your wedding celebrations in a marquee setting from the start, or make a marquee option your “plan B” in case of unexpected weather close to your big day.
Depending on your specific design requirements, such as additional flowers, drapes, and extended stage areas, QuickStage can be moved quickly (within 15 – 30 minutes) from an outside location to inside a suitable marquee in the event of unexpected changes to the weather.
Your Wedding, your style
We will work with you and, if you have one, your wedding planner to ensure QuickStage is dressed to impress and presented to suit your taste, specifications, and budget.
The stage side panels and back wall can be fully customised with custom printed imagery. This can be graphics, photographs or a combination of both.
You can design your own images, work with an external designer, or work with the QuickStage design team to create the perfect design plan.
Your final, approved design is then printed on special, high-quality magnetic material and applied to the QuickStage (like wallpaper) on your wedding day.
The panels can also be removed without any damage and are yours to keep after the event if you wish. If you have room in your house, you can have these framed and keep them forever.
In addition, you can add almost any combination of pretty lights, flowers, drapes, and more to create the perfect stage for your perfect day.
With QuickStage, you're truly centre stage at your wedding
QuickStage is perfect for your outdoor wedding ceremony because its height ensures every guest has a front-row seat, no matter where they sit.
Our built-in stage is 0.75 metres from the ground, large enough for the ceremony and covered.
Alternatively, if you request an extended stage, these are around 0.5 metres high.
These heights may not sound like much, but we assure you they make a huge difference on the day.
Be heard clearly by your guests and on your wedding video
Unlike indoor weddings, sound can be a problem at outdoor weddings.
We have that covered too.
We can provide discreet wireless microphones to the bride, groom, celebrant, registrar, or officiant to ensure everyone hears everything, including those magic vows, clearly at all times.
We have both white and black lapel microphones (the same tiny microphones you see TV presenters wearing) that connect to equally tiny wireless transmitters, which are easy to hide under clothing without any lumps or bumps in your wedding dress.
We also record the audio and are happy to share it with your videographer, ensuring the sound on your wedding video is perfect too!
The main stage for DJs, bands and the best man!
Our QuickStage is also the perfect platform to be the centrepiece of your wedding reception.
Whether you want a DJ, a band, or both, QuickStage is built for this.
We offer a range of PA system options depending on the size of your wedding reception and your exact plan for the evening’s entertainment.
The QuickStage is also a perfect setting for the all-important wedding speeches.
Alternatively, we can provide wireless microphones for the head table.

Your wedding, your dream location
QuickStage opens up a world of unique opportunities for the location of your wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception.
From a large family garden to a local village green, or the grounds of a hotel, stately home or castle, if we can get there safely, we can make it happen!
Just keep in mind that for all bookings, we will carry out access checks and risk assessments.
We will also need assurance that any required permissions, licences, or permits have been secured in advance.
The QuickStage Essentials Package for weddings
Our outdoor stage, without any additions, is large enough for your wedding ceremony, a quartet, a 4-piece band (including drums), or a DJ.
Booking QuickStage for your wedding ceremony, wedding reception, or both starts from just £2,100 (£1,750 plus VAT).
This includes:
Delivery and set-up of the QuickStage within our standard service areas
A professional PA system
Printing and installation of customised side panels
Wireless microphones for the ceremony and speeches.
If you have a preferred DJ or band, they are welcome to connect their equipment to our sound system, such as laptops and audio mixers.
