1. Our professional outdoor stage, advanced PA system (with sound engineer) and experienced host/DJ
A fireworks display is about much more than the fireworks themselves.
To build atmosphere and excitement before the main display begins, QuickStage, our PA system and a professional host will provide family-friendly music and create exactly the right atmosphere.
Plus, as agreed with you, our host can also handle announcements, provide safety information, entertain, promote sponsors, carry out interviews with the organisers, and coordinate with the organisers and display team to ensure the countdown to the fireworks is perfectly timed.
Our advanced PA system is suitable for medium and larger events of up to approximately 1,500 people.
The system uses professional RCF equipment, known for high output, excellent vocal clarity and reliable performance.
This upgrade includes the services of an experienced sound engineer, who can mic up and mix small live bands.
Most clients choose our advanced PA system when they require greater sound coverage, higher output or support for live performers and bands.
2. Custom branding for your fireworks event
With our special offer package, custom branding of the two main side panels of our QuickStage will be provided for your fireworks event, ensuring the stage is part of your event rather than simply ‘hired equipment’.
Your event name, organiser branding, sponsor logos or campaign graphics can be displayed across the stage side panels, subject to artwork requirements and production times.
This can be particularly useful for:
council fireworks displays, sponsored events, charity bonfire nights, school events, sports club displays and commercial fireworks events.
3. Our fun and interactive "Safe Cracker" game
Safe Cracker Interactive Game
Our interactive Safe Cracker game is booked regularly for entertainment or to promote products.
How does it work?
Participants enter random codes, and if they manage to open the safe, they win a prize*.
Safe Cracker can be configured with different levels of difficulty depending on the number of prizes available or the target age group.
*Prizes to be provided by you or your sponsor(s)
4. Professional video & photography
Our professional photographer/videographer will be on site before and during the event, capturing the entire evening for our own website and social media feeds.
As part of our special package, we will make all usable photos and video clips available for use on your own YouTube, social media channels and your website to help you promote your 2027 event.
Capturing the moment for use in future marketing is invaluable, and we are happy to share all of our material with you as part of this special fireworks package.
Plus, as always, all travel costs are also included in our prices within our normal service area
Our price is based on the service provided, not your location.
Therefore, we will cover all travel costs for any events in our standard service area, which includes Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Coventry, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Oxford, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, and everywhere in between.
Other UK locations are available on request.
As an added benefit, for any bookings for events taking place more than 60 minutes’ drive from our head office in the West Midlands, we will travel the evening before to ensure nothing can stop us from being at your event location on time and as agreed.
Once again, we will cover any extra expenses to uphold this promise and to give you complete peace of mind.

Extended Stage Area
We can arrange for an extended stage area to be added in front of our QuickStage.
Additional fees will depend on your exact requirements.
